How can these not be good?

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

1/2 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup mashed ripe banana (about two medium)

2 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add the vanilla and mashed banana.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips. Add to teh creamed mixture and stir until just blended; the batter will be lumpy. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins

Baker’s notes: You can also make miniature muffins with these – over 36 mini muffins. You might like to add miniature chocolate chips instead of large ones if you make miniature muffins.

I give this recipe 5 stars out of 5!

I totally agree with you on your little note below the poll! Though I do know and have heard of a couple people who don’t like chocolate, including Joylnn. She can’t have in anyways, but doesn’t like the smell or taste of it. 😮 I LOVE ALL CHOCOLATES!!!! (Especially if it has COFFEE in it..sorry coffe freak outbreak)
    Anyways…….
    Loved the update!

    Love you!
