If you ever feel like frozen yogurt/ice cream in February, here’s a yummy recipe!

The picture isn’t of my actual frozen yogurt, but this picture looks kind of like it. =) Anyway, what’s a recipe without a picture?
Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup honey
1 T. cornstarch
2 T. vanilla
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 – 2 1/2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
Whisk milk, eggs, honey, cornstarch, and vanilla together in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for a minute or two. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Cool. Stir in yogurt, place in ice cream freezer or use other method for freezing ice cream. Enjoy! Yield: 7-10 servings (about 5 cups)
